GoSports Foundation adopts a two-pronged approach in the pursuance of its goals and mission.

Sportsperson Development
The Foundation shall aim to effectively identify talented young sportspersons that have the physical and mental attributes required to succeed on the world stage in Olympic sports. The talent will be identified based on a combination of merit, need and potential.

The Foundation shall aim to ensure that these talented sportspersons are given the crucial financial support that helps them continue in their chosen sport.

The Foundation shall aim to identify talent at an age where the right support can allow the sportspersons to develop completely, unhindered by their social or economic background, and to provide that support.

Systems Development in Sports
The Foundation shall aim to design and implement platforms and structures that would enable sportspersons to enhance their sporting skills.

The Foundation shall aim to enable research in areas that would ease the current sporting talent identification processes in India.
